The Role

Reporting into the Portfolio Supervisor, the successful candidate will have key responsibilities to develop, maintain and grow the Vapormatic and JD Accessories portfolios within UK and EU markets, in line with customer & business needs through disciplined reviews of the existing portfolio and project management to introduce new products. The Product Coordinator role is critical in ensuring customer satisfaction, sales success, and operational efficiencies.

The Candidate

The successful candidates will have a background in an Engineering/Technology/Agricultural discipline or equivalent, along with extensive product or service development process knowledge. We are looking for an entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and driven individual who can work on their own initiative, integrates with wide team of stakeholders, and has a willingness to be flexible to meet the demands of the role. The essential skill set includes: sound commercial acumen, a good command of written and spoken English, as well as competence with the elements of the Microsoft Office Suite, especially excel. Candidates must possess a good work ethic and be able to manage time and resources to deliver business goals

In this role you will:

information to channel partners/customers/employees, providing measurement and reporting to help business decisions. * assist and co-ordinate the production and administration of web and email content, including creation of multimedia content (Video and Photography) * administrate and support the company’s presence in Social Media platforms * support the development of product packaging and merchandising materials * provide necessary departmental administration support * provide support in co-ordination and administration of exhibitions, shows and conference events

This dual language role (Spanish and English) reports into the Aftermarket Portfolio Integration Manager, within the busy Export Sales Department and has the following duties and responsibilities: * Providing first class support to Customers, through customer service, customer order processing and account management. * Primary contact for resolving any concerns and issues raised. * Providing translations and language support. * Distributes additional product/service information that is helpful to the customers. * Maintains the accuracy and availability of customer related information online. * Liaises with other functional groups, such as Engineering or Order Fulfillment, to respond to general inquiries. * Assists in sales or support programs by outbound calls, including follow up with field staff.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • High level of competency in both written and spoken Spanish.
  • Experience in customer support and can demonstrate understanding of customer business

requirements. * First class communication skills with the ability to negotiate and resolve issues with guidance. * Good IT, Microsoft Office package and administrative skills. * Relevant degree, similar qualification, or business experience.
